Manager/Senior Executive - Human Resource - BFSI

A Leading Domestic Financial Services house based in Mumbai is looking for Manager / Senior Executive Human Resource professional in their HR team.

Designation : Manager/ Senior Executive

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3-6 years

Desired skills sets :

- Person Should have experience in HRBP and Recruitment or Learning function.

- Should have experience in HR functions such as Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and development,.

- Person should have sufficient knowledge of other HR systems and must have self initiative and good communication (written and verbal) skills.

- Person should have experience in database management and should have excellent understanding of excel worksheets. example macros.

- Person should be able to interact with line managers and understand hiring needs of various businesses.

- Should have a Masters degree in Human Resource. Candidates from tier 2 or 3 Institutes will also be considered.

- Candidates from Financial services industry will be preferred.

- Should be able to join immediately.
