Position : Manager Secretarial   Experience: 5+ years   Job Location: Mumbai   Qualifications: Company Secretary + LLB  Note:  - Apply only First attempt qualified   - Present Employer should be listed (NSE & BSE)   Job expectations:   - The candidate should have strong background of ensuring compliances under the SEBI Issue of Capital Disclosure Regulations (ICDR), Prohibition of Insider Trading (PIT), Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers (SAST) Regulations, etc.   - Ensuring compliance with disclosure norms as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreements relating to Equity shares.   - Hands on conduct of relating to Annual General Meeting, Postal Ballot, E-voting etc. Well informed about the Dividend related activities.   - Assist in handling of Secretarial matters of a listed company as well unlisted subsidiaries and maintenance of statutory registers/ records as mandated under the Companies Act, 2013.   - Lucid drafting skills.
