Job Profile:  Essential Job Function:  - Set up the relevant functions identified including recruiting the appropriate team members   - Establish appropriate KPIs for each team   - Hiring right talent, set up high performance teams and ongoing development plans for the team   - Work with appropriate stakeholders and ensure that the service levels are appropriate to support their area   - Lead & Implement Continuous Improvement projects   Basic Qualification:  Education: College Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain - advanced degree preferred   Experience: Must have 10-12 years of experience in the following   - Directly managing employees, with matrix global reporting lines & managing a cost center    - Ability to set up processes and work flow interacting across relevant functions in Supply Chain & Operations    - Ensure service delivery interacting with the various process champions in Supply Chain    - Establish service level agreements. KPI metrics aligning the individual and organisational goals,    - Hiring right talent, set up high performance teams and ongoing development plans for the team    - Business or Supply Chain management in a multi-national company and experience in captive shared services will be an added advantage.
