Work Location : Mumbai

Need to Have:

- Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Economics, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis.

- Strong programming skills with knowledge of some or all of the following: SAS, R, Java, C, C++, PMML, SQL, Script Languages

- Prior experience with pricing and or promotional modeling/analysis with respect to Brand, Channel and Promotional Strategies for consumer products

- Knowledge of other advanced analytical techniques. Specifically working knowledge of concepts such as, Conjoint Analysis, Design of Experiments, Simulation and Segmentation techniques

- Ability to understand, manage and navigate very large dataset, experience in Retail and CPG Industry would be an advantage

Overall Purpose of Job & Responsibilities

- Work within an advanced analytical team to prove-out and build data models that enable the next generation of sophisticated pricing solutions for global retailers.

- Extend our framework to create a true individualized shopping (price and promotional) experience for consumers based upon individual behaviors, preferences and brand loyalty.

- Apply state-of-the-art statistical modeling and data mining techniques to large amounts of noisy, complex real-world transactional data

- Scope and assist in the development of analytics.

- Distill actionable insights from the analysis to offer client ready business recommendations by identifying meaningful consumer indicators and trends.

- Ensure your work is disciplined and that you adhere to our quality control procedures.

- Support the development and launch of new products and services.

- Present your analysis and recommendations to internal and external clients.

- Build relationships with key internal and external clients

Basic Qualifications

- Total Experience : Min of 7-8 years

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Strong Business understanding

- Ability to engage in Business discussions

- Advanced Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Economics, Statistics or Quantitative Analysis.
