Britannia Industries is looking at hiring Manager Sales - Strategy for its internal strategy team.

We have recently created a new team - Office of Strategy Deployment and New Business Development. It has emanated from our need to grow profitably and aggressively in the next 4 years and become the best food company in India, building on Britannia's reputation as the most trusted food brand. This team will work on various cross functional projects to drive the next level of growth for Britannia.

We are looking for young professionals to work with us on strategic projects and drive change management initiatives to ensure implementation of our strategic initiatives to meet our ambitious goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. MBAs from the 2011 batch

2. Should be from premier B - Schools only

3. Should be a Marketing major and currently working in the Sales/Marketing function of a reputed organisation

4. Should be willing to join Sales / Marketing function post 2-3 years
