Job Purpose :
- To develop and grow a new business line in the retail orthodontic/dental market segment in India through an innovative product and service solution. Drive market entry through disruption of traditional pricing & forecasting growth of all products to maximize volume/revenue.
- The responsibility will include establishing a Greenfield operation & team.
Key Accountabilities :
- Structure the sales entity /vertical for delivery of position purpose by being the primary contact to manage all sales, operational & technical functions
- Recruit, train and deploy a new team comprising Sales, Marketing and management of information to and from various retail dentists clinics
- Work alongside the Chief Experiential Manager to create a sustainable competitive advantage by creating a product offering like none available in the market at the moment
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales organization's planning efforts
- Implement an innovative sales channel with a disruptive focus to change the market and providing world class quality products and service in a ruthlessly cost efficient environment
Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
Qualifications :
- Post Graduate Business Degree from a pedigree institution, preferably MBA. Medical or engineering undergraduate degree preferred
Essential Skills & requirements :
- Marketing / Selling / Channel Management Experience in either of the following Verticals / Industries (on Regional / National Level in India)
- Dental
- Healthcare Products
- Cosmetics / Beauty Products
- FMCG
- Medical
- Previous experience in handling approx INR 20 Cr as a direct responsibility either as a sales target or as a P&L
Desirable Skills & Knowledge :
- Retail sales and channel experience in India
- Establishing a team & developing the Sales Organization
