Responsibilities:  - Identify potential customers in a sales zone and develop/execute business development plan to reach them.  - Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new revenues for the company.  - Presenting company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.  - Managing the sales cycle from the initial contact through to the closure of the deal.   - Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve quarterly sales targets.  - Demonstrate competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the product as well as services that you will be selling.  - Demonstrating effective customer oriented sales skills, exceptional relationship building, group presentation and closing skills.  - Posses drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities for the company are captured and explored.  - You will have individual responsibility for new business,and are expected to be autonomous. : However you will be a part of growing team of people with the same job title. You will work in close collaboration with the management team for complex large pitches and strategies.  - Create and be accountable for all client proposals,contracts and any further documentation, following company's procedure.  - Ability to articulate client project requirements to company's delivery personnel.  - Work closely with the marketing team to organize events and marketing campaigns to promote the company.  Skills & Requirements:  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP solutions sales success including the execution of multiple, concurrent sales efforts.  - Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrate full knowledge of the same process.   - Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.  - Ability to self-motivate and multi task and work independently or within a team.  - Capable of hands on problem-solving with ability to generate ideas and solutions.  - Ability to work in intimate and transparent collaboration with the project and technical teams.  Candidates authorized to work in US only need to apply.
