Manager - Sales - Online Recruitment Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. The work involves sales of the core online recruitment solutions; Job Postings & Resume Database Access; and also the website as a premium internet media property for brand promotions from recruitment perspective.

2. Complete Mapping of the Client.

3. Based on the need of the client also promoting web space property of the portal and also international database of CareerBuilder.com.

4. Meeting HR Head to understand their corporate recruitment needs and processes and promote the concept of Online Recruitment through CareerBuilder.

5. Based on the requirement, giving the client solutions of Core Product or branding or both and other services.

6. Acquiring new customers in the respective segments.

7. Responsible for servicing existing clients and ensuring renewals based on existing contract.

8. Relationship management with accounts ensuring satisfaction of products and services. Account management and Retention by training clients on technology and client servicing. Identification of client's problems and providing immediate solution by coordinating with the Technical team and the Client Relations team.

9. Driving business growth through identification and development of new areas.

10. Manage Collections & Accounts receivables.

11. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for better sales tracking.

Qualifications:

University Degree with proven track record working in a high growth, dynamic company, building out a tremendously successful organization.

Good communication and presentation skills and ability to interact at CXO level. Prior experience will be a good add on

Stable work history.

Ability to travel up to 30%

Salary Range: 7 - 10 LPA
