Manager - Sales & Marketing - Mfg/Industrial/Energy/Water (4-8 yrs)
Must have:
- domain experience/solution selling in the areas of Energy, Environment, Water & other Utilities, Manufacturing, Plant Solutions, Industrial Automation.
- Hands on experience in concept selling at CX levels
- Experience in marketing and business development
- Basic exposure to plant instrumentation and control systems and communication protocols.
- Process domain knowledge in Energy, Environment including heating, cooling, HVAC, power generation, transmission, distribution, energy audits, energy performance contracting, industrial plants and utilities
Preferred
- Exposure to process instrumentation and control applications.
- Exposure to application of software packages for control & automation such as DCS, BMS, MES, CMM, EAM
- Experience in energy audits, Energy performance contracting in industrial, or buildings.
- Prior experience of working in automation industry
Skills Required:
- Ability to understand the customer requirements and capture it correctly
- Ability to get into depth of equipment applications
- Ability to formulate contracts with clarity of deliverables, prices, mile-stones, cash flows etc.
- Ability to maintain customer relationship right from initial requirement gathering through negotiations and long contract periods
- Excellent communication skills - presentation, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
