MBA-Only from Tier 1 Colleges(IIM / SP jain / XLRI / ICFAI /ISB /MDI / FMS/ IIFT/ Jamanalal Bajaj/Narsee)
Note: Experience countable only after MBA.
- Industry only from-CPG/FMCG/Paints
- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive industry experience in the FMCG/CPG/Paints sector post MBA
- Experience creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies towards driving volumes and attaining higher profitability.
- Consulting or functional experience in Strategy and Business Planning for CPG practice is desirable, with focus on:
- Product and market entry strategy,
- Sales strategy and operations,
- Marketing strategy,
- Sales compensation strategy and process (for both employees and channel),
- Sales model design,
- Sales force effectiveness,
- Channel strategy and effectiveness,
- Partner relationship management
- Experience creating / revamping sales models in response to market requirements.
- Defining and Managing sales forecasts, experience tracking and communicating progress against the annual operating plan
- Experience managing Sales in a multi-channel / multi product / multi location set up
- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable
- Experience managing an online sales channel is desirable
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Strong program management skills
- Advanced user of excel, including macros.
