You will be effective in handling sales activities and be responsible for achieving sales targets, while successfully leading and managing the sales team. You will build a solid sales/lead generation strategy, which will help the organization exceed its revenue goals.  The ideal candidate will  Report to the senior management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats  Understand current market pain-points, discuss appropriate solutions and develop strategies to build the business pipeline, mapping them based on market opportunity and organizational capabilities  Monitor employee productivity and motivate team to reach weekly/monthly sales target  Display the ability to engage and influence a prospect client  Monitor and track lead lifecycle in CRM system h Identify potential business partners in target geographies h Work and execute sales campaigns  Involve in sales pitch and negotiations with prospects  Eligibility Criteria  Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related fields; MBA is a plus 5 years of work experience in B2B Sales  Past experience in solution selling is a requisite.
