Client Details

Our client is a growing Swiss MNC and market leaders in the dermatology space. They operate in over 50 countries worldwide and employee 5000+ employees. With strong growth plans in India and various new product launches expected in the coming year, they are looking for a Sales HR Business Partner to lead their commercial function for them in India.

Description

Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy

- Ensuring effective compensation and benefits strategy while managing external partners for the same

- Partnering with the senior stakeholders and management while overseeing change management and integration projects across the region

- Leading various performance management system initiatives like implementation of annual appraisal cycle & mid term appraisal cycle at organisation level

- Leading strategy and implementation of various rewards and recognition systems for the region including sales incentive plans

Profile

You will come with 5-9 years of experience in working with a MNC Pharma player managing the sales HR BP piece for them / leading BP for the commercial function. MBA from a tier 1 institute is required. Exposure to working on sales incentive programs and talent acquisition strategies is essential for this role.
