Job Role:
- To proactively seek, develop new clientele and ensuring recurring business
- Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives
- Acquisition of key accounts & Account Management
- Identify prospective clients from various sectors
- Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
- Data Generation: Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale
- Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share
- MIS and reports
CTQs:
- Over 6 years of proven experience in Sales with minimum 3 years of experience in HR space
- Should be well connected and networked in the HRO Industry
- Should have good interpersonal & good communication skills
- This individual will exhibit enthusiasm, zeal and a strong business ethics based on honesty and integrity.
