Manager - Sales - eCommerce selling Digital Library   Our client India's 1st digital Library (Only company to have multiple publisher's on single platform) is looking for extraordinary and talented people like you for "Manager Sales" - Bangalore.  Role : Manager Sales  Location : Mahadevpura, Bangalore.  Responsibilities :  - Sells products by implementing sales plans & also supervising sales staff in Institutional and key accounts.  Job Description :  - Work consistently to map potential customers with team to ensure consistent lead generation & sales funnel  - Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train prospecting process.  - Devices strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Working for the future course of action for his team members  - Hire high-performing salespeople. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees  - Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.  - Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.  - Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.  - Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.  - Coach and develop direct reports.  - Implement performance plans according to company procedure.  - Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.  - Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.  - Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.  - Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.  - Train and ensure adherence to sales process.  Qualifications :  - Bachelors/Master's degree, business and marketing majors preferred.  - Three to five years in a sales role, within education Industry.   - Exposure with educational Institutional sales preferred.  - One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.  - Strong interpersonal skills.  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.  - Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.  - Very Positive attitude and enthusiastic.  - Self go-getter  Please apply with your updated CV with details of your Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period
