Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish direct relationship with top management of direct customers
- Manage key accounts and develop new business by identifying new applications
- Ability to manage technical complaints and trouble shoot on time
- Managing distributors to achieve business plans and conducting monthly meetings with distributors
- Conduct training and seminars for end user application
Qualification:
- B.E-Any specialisation (preferred chemical or polymer)
- MBA- (preferred) Sales and Marketing
- 8+ years of experience in sales
- Good presentation & communication skills
