Job Description: Manager

- As an Manager in the company, you are responsible to achieve the targets assigned you. You have to train yourself adequately on the solutions offered by the company and represent the company at the targeted market most efficiently and effectively.

- You key effort will be to build the brand through your efforts in the minds of the target customer and make the company a respected and reliable name in the domains of services offered. Your responsibilities will therefore extend beyond sales but will extend to relationship management creating a win-win situation for both client and the company.

- You need to have passion, zeal and matching energy to accomplish a meet and exceed your targets. You need to be self-motivated, team player and problem solver.

Direct Sales:

- Generation of leads

- Identification of key decision makers/influencers

- Setting up meetings

- Demo of solution

- Follow-ups

- Account Closure

- Account Servicing/Relationship management

- Up-sale/cross-sale of products

Collection of payments

- Business Reporting

- Target achievement

- Market Research, feedback and contribution in product development

- Product promotion through various initiatives

- Liaison with all other functions
