As Manager, Sales and Business Development within Amazon Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of Amazon Services by small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India for a suite of product categories, and play a key role in influencing product selection & seller adoption of the Amazon services- services currently available in India are www.junglee.com and www.amazon.in .  Working in a dynamic sales environment, your team and you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements with third-party sellers.  Your success will be measured by the product selection and revenue your clients bring to the platform. Manage and coach individual contributors to achieve individual and team goals.  - Work closely with interested sellers to ensure successful on-boarding.  - Develop appropriate metrics and report detailed business analysis to peers and senior management. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.  - Analyze sales operations and performance, identify and implement necessary changes with a high degree of autonomy.
