Manager - Sales - Animal Feed (5-10 yrs)
Agriculture Graduate with MBA preferred
Experience :
Minimum 5 years in Animal Feed Industry
Responsibilities:
Developing sales territory, building strong customer base for livestock feeds by appointing dealers/distributors.
Expertise in setting up dynamic sales network, training and managing sales team regionally, the ability to design and execute marketing programs, product literature, advertising and promotional activities, to contribute in product developments and be commercially strong sound technical knowledge on animal science / nutrition and will have to closely work with Nutrionist
Eagerness to learn the Nigerian feed industry and work closely with customers, distributors, dealers good experience in handling farmers meetings, conducting field trials thorough knowledge on animal husbandry, management practices, nutritional guidelines.
Should have:
Excellent communication skills along with strong organizational commitment and time management with lots of self motivation strong desire to succeed with ability to travel extensively on daily basis.
Salary Package : Annual USD $18,000 net savings outside Nigeria, housing and feeding allowance taken care locally in Nigeria. Car and driver.Bachelor status preferable due to schooling problems in the posting location. Annual passage with 30 days leave and economy class air travel taken care by company.East or south posting.
