Manager - Sales Analytics & Tender Documentation - Institutional Sales - Pharma (5-8 yrs)
Position: Manager - Sales Analytics (Institutional Sales) and Tender Documentation (Leading MNC Pharma Company)
Role:
- Create Annual Marketing/ Sales Plan for the Institutional/ Government Sales Business, analyse and recommend sales strategies and increase market share
- Industry/ Competitor Tracking for the Institutional/ Government Sales Business against metrics like Sales/ Salesforce etc.
- Ensure an effective and timely management of the process of tenders and work on Tender Documentation for Institutional/ Government Sales Business
- Monitor the Post-tender process
Requirement:
- MBA/ Post-Grad with 5-8 yrs into Sales/ Marketing Support & Analytics, preferably in the Institutional Pharma Sales Business
- Good knowledge of Pharma Industry and the Government's Healthcare policies and schemes
- Good knowledge of statistical/ mathematical analysis tools
- Experience in managing tender documentation for Institutional/Government Sales Business
- Good communication skills
