With the TGI Group alone, there are more than 200 Indian families, of which more than 110 have been with them for a decade or more.  Job Responsibilities :  - Spearhead the All Nigeria Sales for Agrochemicals & Seeds.  - Develop, formulate and implement an national Sales Strategy  - Set up & manage sales and distribution network across the country, appoint channel partners (CFAs, stockiest, distributors, dealers, retailers etc) and increase distribution network  - Deliver Sales revenue targets for pan Nigeria  - Develop effective market wise sales strategies to meet desired objectives  - Effectively launch new products and implement market development activities with Trade Marketing initiatives  - Maintain excellent rapport among channel partners across the system  - Develop and maintain a secured collection system  - Follow up the goods logistics with WH and oversee its timely distribution  - Study market changes and development of competitors- prices and goods, and their direct & indirect effect, supported by relevant reports  - Effective execution of BTL activities, product display support, POP distribution & display, ISD placement & education to meet market requirements  - Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support systems and timely actions to sales  - Create product awareness and brand visibility, positioning the right model mix to the Counters, to focus on the network expansion and in order to increase market share, achieve 100% business plan and Management objectives  Remuneration Structure:   Overseas Salary/ Savings (Tax Free, Transferred to NRE Bank A/c in India) + monthly local salary + Bonus + Fully furnished Family accommodation + Education for 02 children in Indian Language School, Lagos + company car with driver + Domestic maid allowance + Medical + Insurance + LTA to the home country once a year with 30 days leave.  It is also important to note that we would like you to discuss the same with your family before applying as it involves international relocation.  Kamal Arora Director, AKNA Management Solutions Pvt.
