Manager - Risk Participation & Trade Products - Bank (4-10 yrs)
Client: Largest private sector bank
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
- Work with the International FI team, to design and offer trade product suite to clients / financial institutions
- Engagement with financial institutions & source business to achieve set income targets
- Responsible for P&L of trade product portfolio - forfeiting, Reimbursement financing, trade loan financing, risk participation & others as assigned by the management
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders - legal, compliance, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, technology, branches and others to offer trade products services
- Regular update & publish of MIS to the top management
- Evaluate key technology and operation partners for best trade product offerings.
- Device procedures & controls to manage operational, commercial, legal, reputational and settlement risk.
- Prepare & regular review of product / process notes
Candidate Profile sought:
- 4-5 years of experience with good exposure to trade finance & good understanding of the broad range of Transaction Banking products.
- Well versed with product knowledge of export finance, Import finance, buyer’s and supplier’s credit, forfeiting etc.
- Understanding of risk profile & regulatory treatment of trade and supply chain and associated risk and portfolio management practices.
- Strong knowledge in product development, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.
- MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant by qualification.
- Ability to deal with and communicate with all levels
- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.
- Highly motivated, discipline and able to work in team environment.
- MBA/CA from Tier 1 colleges.
