We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location :
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai ( Goregaon )
OFFERED CTC - 8 - 10 lacs ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - Manager Rewards & Recognitions ( RnR)
REPORTING : AVP - RnR
SPAN OF CONTROL : pan India ; Corporate profile.
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :
Job Responsibility :
- Costing of annual initiatives to ensure the construct & cost are within the available budgets, Design initiatives within the available budgets
- Optimum utilization of available budgets
- Designing the construct for annual initiatives basis the TPD, APC channel objective to be driven through these initiatives, Objective setting & seeking feedback from Sales for designing annual initiatives & suggesting options for each initiative
- Analyze trends of previous year for designing annual initiatives & predicting future behavior basis the channel targets
- Ensure Increased or sustained coverage of qualifiers for the initiatives
- Data Management as an on-going activity to ensure construct & working are efficient & required details are readily available
- Drive communication plan to supplement contests & annual initiatives by creating maximum visibility & awareness 1. Drive visibility of monthly contests & annual initiatives by communicating through multiple modes & using innovative ways for better impact
- Proper monthly plan to send communication to the field on timely basis
- To continuously monitor the effectiveness of various communication modes including outbound calling activity
Field Visits & presentations :
- Preparing PPT for presentation to Senior Management
- Field Visits for feedback on annual initiatives & presentation to field sales
Team Management : To continuously mentor & coach the team members towards achieving excellence in Professional & personal life
To provide necessary training in building the requisite skills
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES :
- The person should be into a RnR role.
Generalist HR's having slight RnR experience will not suit this role. Need a specialist RnR profile. [ An exclusive / specialist RnR stint in between can also work out for min 2 years ].
- Good knowledge of latest HR practices
- MBA mandatory. [ reputed B school preferred ]
