A leading bank is looking for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in management and group reporting.
Job Description:
- Planning, Budgeting, MIS Reporting for liabilities, business loans, agricultural loans and consumer asset business segments
- Defining and Implementing performance based metrics to give the productivity after considering all the cost elements per business units/branch. Metrics were aligned to the corporate goals
- Defining and Implementing P&L Budgeting measurements to include analysis of planning & actual to report variance periodically
- Defining and Implementing performance linked incentives for the sales force organization
- Automation of business analysis, reconciliation and identifying key areas of improving the metrics
- Define and generate Key performance Dashboards for the managing board of the bank.
