Currently they are seeking professionals with industry, and/or consulting experience in Energy (Oil and Gas Focus):

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in below areas:

- Upstream Oil & Gas reliability and maintenance processes and systems

- Extensive experience in the leading business processes for reliability and maintenance in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry

- Hands-on experience and knowledge of best-in-class tools available in the reliability and maintenance area, such as SAP PM, MAXIMO, etc. (for maintenance execution) and Meridium, etc. (for reliability)

- Software selection experience for Upstream reliabilty and maintenance in the areas of:

- Development of functional / non-functional requirements

- Generation of a software evaluation matrix for the various software solutions options

- Conducting workshops with various vendors and arrive at final score

- Strong experience in facilitating client workshops

- Strong business process management skills

- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

- Negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues

- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

Main Qualifications:

- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry or Consulting

- Master's Degree or Technical/Business disciplines

- MBA is Mandatory

Working Conditions:

- Base location in India (Gurgaon/Mumbai) as primary place to work

- Willing to work at client locations mostly across Europe, Africa, America and other locations, for short or long term

- Willing to travel min 70% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis (typically Monday – Friday).
