- Research and update financial metrics on global peers on a quarterly and ad hoc basis (e.g., TSR, Op.Ex., Capital Ratios, etc.)  - Research and analyze global competitors across levers (quantitative and qualitative) on quarterly basis; perform in-depth deep dive research and assessment, and develop insights on competitors- business models on annual basis   - Develop country profiles (including macro-economic data, market data, financial data and competitive intelligence on top competitors) on ad hoc basis  - Perform competitive intelligence research and summaries on competitors and market growth on ad hoc basis  - Monitor and summarize real time competitive developments with global peers  Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Qualifications Required:   - Ability to research and analyze qualitative and quantitative competitive intelligence data  Command of secondary research tools (e.g., Thomson, SNL, SEC, etc.)  Experience in primary research (e.g., survey work and SME interviews)  Ability to synthesize raw data into succinct relevant analyses and develop usable competitive insights   Understanding of insurance accounting particularly life insurance accounting  Understanding of insurance industry including capital requirements, key financial metrics,   - Ability to benchmark, develop financial and business models, and develop case studies  - Ability to work with other stakeholders to collect internal data and intelligence  Clear and appropriate communication skills  Ability to garner internal stakeholder buy-in and cooperation  - Ability to communicate and present findings and recommendations  Strong PPT and excel (e.g., automate data population) skills  Educational Qualifications  - Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration/ Masters qualification from tier 1 / tier 2 Business schools   - Must have experience in Insurance domain either with an Insurance company / research house of consulting companies for insurance domain  Other Administrative  - The company is located in Noida  - The working hours are 12:00 to 21:00
