Manager - Regulatory Reporting - RWA (8-9 yrs)

Principal Accountabilities KPI and Targets
1) Understand global regulatory framework i.e. Process, Regulatory requirements for data purposes & Systems
2) Understand in-depth existing global Regulatory Reporting processes
3) Understand & support in documentation of global regulatory data requirements for Reporting
4) Ensure on-going Reporting & Analysis support for seamless service delivery of Global Regulatory Reporting Reports to various onshore partners to the agreed service levels
5) Provide assistance to the onshore team in preparation of templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the FSA and other internal customers specific to capital schedules.
6) Timely submission of monthly & quarterly returns by sites to Regulatory Reporting
7) Timely submission of monthly & quarterly returns to the FSA
8) Timely preparation of other analysis requested by internal customers

Skills/Experience Required
1) An Accounting degree, Bachelor- s degree or other qualifications relevant to the industry like MBA, CA, CWA, CS, CPA, CFA
2) Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles
3) Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Environment
4) FSA and its schedules
5) Consolidation of data
6) Be number savvy and have the appetite in handling and processing mass volume of data
7) Strongly analytical and logical mind-set with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other query tools (Microsoft Office Access)
