Appreciate the CCA requirements and convert the same into a possible deliverable. Work as a bridge between ACE and CTM.  - Handling TRAI queries on Financial Reports.  - Setting up standard and processes in the matter of compliance and issuing guidelines.  Governance :  - Keeping a track on old demands, related response and document submission.  - Taking (from Circles) and doing (to central team and management) Regular and Periodic update on Old demands and related development.  - Setting up standard and processes in the matter of compliance (AGR, TRAI Reports etc).  - Preparing and issuing guidelines/bulletins to be followed by ACE / CTM.  - Keeping a track of Audit issues and Regulatory Finance Opinions.  Desired Skill Set :  - Knowledge of Financial Statements (Accounts and Accounting Standards, Schedule VI requirement, Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Account and Reconciliation Statements etc).  - Good Communication Skill (oral & writing). Very Good letter writing skill.  - Ability to understand law, legal documents, contracts and licenses.  - Ability to deal with external factor - very good inter-personal skills.  - Ability to understand and appreciate licensing regime.  - Understanding of Revenue Accounting for Telecom is an extra advantage.  Note : Work is similar in nature to direct tax in terms of Knowledge & Experience (preparation of Return, Assessment and dealing with officials in terms of structure and issues) thus similar set of skill would be needed.  Qualification : CA / CS / CWA / M.Com or B.Com + LLB
