Position: Manager Talent Acquisition (leadership Hiring)
Position based in: Chennai
Strategic Recruitment for multiple Business Units
- Strategics Hiring Plans, Budget Control, and Cost Optimization by strategics source mix and curtailing external Agency Usage. Strategy Development for meeting quarterly Hiring and Joining Targets.
- Mapping Talent from Competition and Talent Mapping of Passive Candidates. Social Media Recruitment, Networking and Head Hunting, sourcing from Job Boards and referencing, Sourcing, Screening, Reviewing Profiles in the Portal.
- Benefit Negotiation with Approving Authorities, C&B Team, BU and Candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Engaging with candidates maintaining high joining ratio.
- Vendor Engagement: Engaging with Vendors, sharing requirements, negotiating rates for effective resource supply. Ownership of Cost per hire and Cost Estimation.
- Engagement with Other Recruitment Support Team - Total Quality Group & Background Verification Team and Offer Generation team.
- MBA from Premier Institutes is must. Strong in Leadership Hiring, Stability, Good communicator etc.
