Manager - Recruitment - KPO (7-10 yrs)
Looking for a Manager - Recruitments for a KPO client to be based out of Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively source and recruit the best talent for domestic as well as international operations through the diverse avenues like job portals, campus tie-ups, headhunting, linked-in, employee referrals etc. for tech as well as non tech roles within the given turn-around time
- Efficiently track the manpower requirement trend and keep a pool ready for short term deployments
- Understand operations requirements for the given job/skill set and design the Job description as per the specifications shared.
- Build and Strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool
- Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
