Manager - Recruitment - IT/Telecom

One of the Leading Indian Global Conglomerate with diversified businesses needs a Recruitment Specialist for its Smart World and Communication Business (ICT) to be based at Chennai.

- The individual should be a BE /B.Tech in IT/ Telecom and MBA in HR with at 5-8 yrs experience with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in a Large IT/ Telecom organisation.

- Should have understanding of the latest recruitment practices, tools and methodologies.

- Experience in recruiting professionals across Levels, Markets, Technologies & the Leadership spectrum

- Advanced skill level in MS Office, HRIS, MIS & Reporting

- Hand holding of candidates, organizing interviews, salary negotiation, drafting advertisements, managing advertisement responses & Reference checks

- Campus recruitment, working closely with vendors, & portal agencies for hiring of talent.

- Self-driven, go- getter, good communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Risk taking ability, number crunching, target /goal oriented

- Ability to Multi task and be a Team player.
