Position : Manager Recruitment  Location : Bangalore  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Partner with senior leaders and their teams to support the business.  - Process improvement and implement best practices in Recruitment function.  - End to end management and administration of On boarding, Induction and Exit Process   - Developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner.   - Electing the best options for sourcing profiles and assisting in early closures.   - Training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization's policies and goals.   - Lead vendor management and monitor their performance periodically  - Work with the business stakeholders to forecast headcount plans and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning.  - Initiating various recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards  - Ability to coach and lead a team of recruiters   Skills/Experience :   - Total experience of 6 to 10 year with at least two to three years in recruitment   - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills   - Familiar with working in a fast paced and performance driven environment   - Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way   - Proficient in usage of MS Office tools   - Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills  - Experience in Technical recruiting will be an added advantage  - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision  Education Requirements :  Full time Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources from a Premier Institute is a must
