Designation: Manager-Recruitment
Work as Individual contributor and report to TA Head
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The resource will partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than sell a role
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio
Desired Profile:
- 8-10 years of Technology recruitment from Midsized IT organisations.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, stakeholder management and vendor management activities
- An ideal candidate should have a mix of corporate(currently) and agency background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
