Job Description:
- Senior level hiring for Client
- Lead Background verification process
- Lead the vendor management and monitor their performance time to time
- Lead process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment function
- Work with business stakeholders to forecast headcount and ensure cost-effective measures of manpower planning.
- Publish recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards quarterly
Skills/Experience:
- Work experience of 10 - 20 years with at least two to 8 years in Recruitment
- Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills through social media, job portals etc.
- Worked on HR projects/process improvement assignments is a plus
- Excellent in interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to meet deadlines and is solution driven
- Proficient in usage of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Salary Offered : Upto 30 Lakhs
