Looking for a Manager - Recruitments (Leadership, support & lateral hiring) for an international ITES client to be based out of Delhi/NCR.  Primary Responsibilities:   - Develop and execute hiring strategy for internal and external hiring ensuring cost effectiveness, right source mix and on time delivery.  - Partner with HR leadership in maintaining a strong recruitment framework and hiring strategy  - Effectively network with business and channel partners to meet requirements  - Would lead a team that would handle all MIS reports and manage pre-boarding activities of all new hires for non-agent positions  - Lead a team that ensures new hire documentation is complete and recruitment dashboards are regularly published to stakeholders.  - Implement and administer performance management process for the team as per the PMS policy and timelines  - Ensure adherence to statutory compliances  - Introduce new initiatives and implement industry benchmarked recruitment Intervention
