CA / ICWA Mandate

We are looking for - AM/ Manager - R2R for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Information :

Location : Gurgaon

Salary : Industry Standard

Department : F & A

Education & Exp : CA/ICWA, Manager - 6 yrs to 8 yrs

Team Size ( Mgr) : 5-10 FTE,

Shift Timings : UK Shift, 5 days working, shift window 10AM to 10:30PM.

Manager And above no transport.

Role Exposure (Manager)

- Should have lead a team of 8 to 10 staff performing F&A work for the third party or internal customer

- Must have sound knowledge of closing and reporting processes

- Should have basic knowledge of IFRS

- Should have exposure to the quality tools like six sigma, lean, etc

- Should have worked for a multinational company in a multicultural environment

- SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

- Must have good communication skill

Key Responsibilities (Manager)

1. Responsible for overseeing accounting activities and the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and report preparation

2. Sign-off of Account reconciliation with the reconciliations team

3. Monthly, quarterly and annual closings

4. Balance sheet accounts

5. Support the budgeting & forecasting process

6. Production of a of monthly management packs

7. Prepare corporation tax packs and respond to queries

8. Review/prepare standard journals and related activities including recharge journals

9. Act as relationship manager, discuss SLA performance and address customer issues and escalations.
