Black belt desired  Please go through the JD and revert if interested with your word format cv and CTC details (Fixed and Variables) and Expected CTC  Job Profile  The Customer service function is in the process of consolidating and initiating corporate led operations for the extremely critical back office, web chat and premium call centres. These capabilities will be centrally managed and completely owned operations of the corporate CS team unlike all other operations that are managed via circle teams. Additionally the 3 areas are the biggest drivers of customer experience and key levers of new CS strategy thereby require disproportionate focus by the corporate team on execution and delivery. As a result, this role owner will lead all corporate owned Quality operations delivery and to provide leadership towards management of all day to day training operations across these three areas. The role will directly own Premium Call Centres Quality.  - Set up the Platinum CC Quality Management System in alignment with business requirements to ensure that the high revenue and premium customers of VF get the differentiated experience.  - Represent & lead coordination with Cross Functions and Service Partners in process reengineering and systems automations that will drive service excellence and impact experience for premium customers to achieve best in class Service Experience.   - Relationship Management - communicating and co-ordinating with Circle (field) or Service Partner teams on processes  - Industry relevant knowledge (8+ years Telecom) and should be highly skilled at handling HNI / high end Customers across touch points such as Inbound Call Centres, Outbound Call Centres, and to some extent Back Office activities  - Ability to work within cross-functional team environments  - Operational experience with all phases of telecom customer life cycle like call centre, back office, retention.  - Comfortable with matrix work environments and a demonstrated experience of managing service partnerships.  Chaitali
