Quality Systems - Manager (AMEA)

Qualifications & Experience :

- 10 years + of experience in a QA related environment. Candidates with experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry will be preferred.

- Proven experience in leading projects in a multi-national company with a matrix reporting structure.

- Solid understanding of quality management system.

- LEAN or Six Sigma Certifications.

- Candidates with knowledge of ISO 13485 and medical device regulations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility and communication on quality initiatives to support assigned departmental, functional, regional and Global quality goals and priorities.

- Develop, enhance and champion the quality awareness across all functions of the region.

- Exercises a high degree of autonomy through the development and management of an efficient and effective Installation & Servicing quality system sub process which complies with all current medical devices standards such as 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 and with local regulations.

- Establishes the industry benchmark for Installation & Servicing Quality Systems best practice, determines robust, practical, compliant solutions for the business.

- Champions continuous improvement and innovation within the QA Dept. & Region.

- Collaborate and Liaises with the Global Quality Systems team and relevant working groups to drive continuous improvement.

- Coach, develop and mentor Quality employees.
