Brief Job Description :
a. Drive Quality Circle Project across various branches
b. Facilitate Six Sigma Yellow belt projects across ABFS
c. Create Awareness through publishing success stories
d. Conduct Yellow Belt and Quality circle trng program
e. Facilitate Team to participate in competitions
f. Dashboards on Quality circle & Yellow Belt projects
g. Mentor projects and help team to achieve certification.
Experience needed : Minimum 4-5 Years (Preferably from Service industry (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Asset Management, BPO, IT etc.)
Proficiency Needed :
- Certified Green Belt & Quality circle facilitator from
- Proficiency in Quality circle tools, Seven QC tools, Lean principles, process mapping, six sigma tools
- Should have excellent communication skill
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office tools (Power point, Excel, Word)
- Should have high level self-driven attitude.
