Manager Quality

MNC Shared Services

- Under direction, support quality deployment through process improvement & change management initiatives in the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

- Support the quality and process improvement program at GOSS

- 7-10 years of work experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the off shoring industry (BPO/KPO/LPO)

- Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Black Belt role (individual contributor).

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas

- Find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean breakthrough strategy and tools, both internal and external

- Coach and train people on Six Sigma and Lean concepts

- Provide improvement methodologies and tool support to a full complement of green belts/yellow belts for implementation of projects

- ISO 9001:2001 deployment

- Setup and refine metrics as an ongoing activity

- Experience in process redesign is desirable

- Reporting to GM Quality who reports to Quality Leader

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma/LEAN desirable

- Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma/LEAN & currently in Black Belt Role (Black Belt Trained)

- Broad knowledge of techniques, concepts, and tools of process improvement/redesign

- Proficient in tools used in support of office and project management (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Awareness of geographical cultural issues

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrate the ability to facilitate, negotiate and influence when working with teams and projects as well as business decisions

- Strong business acumen with a focus on strategic analysis

- Excellent problem-solving skills, an investigative mentality, and a capacity for strategic and associative thinking

- Managing & Developing Others

- Analysis

Education and Relevant Experience:

- Degree level or equivalent in any stream

- Experience (minimum of last 2 years) in Quality role – Black Belt Certified or Black Belt Trained & Tested

- Experience in driving high impact projects through cross functional teams

- Experience in driving change management initiatives

- Open to working in flexible timings
