Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Create the Audit structure and Audit timetable.

- Understanding of BPMS and process compliance levels.

- Create and drive a quality culture

- Creation of the quality controls structure.

- Achieve Audit targets.

- Feedback and best practice sharing.

- Reports and feedback to be shared with COE Manager.

- Drive calibration activities were necessary.

- Responsible for all frequencies of quality audits, quality controls (setting + delivery) at onsite and offsite, ensuring all gaps are reported to Excellence Lead

- Responsible for all maintenance of all TATs at onsite and offsite, deliver all DOR inputs to Assistant Managers, manage all requisite business reports

Education and Experience :

- Post graduate preferably a MBA from a reputed school.

- Excellent Knowledge of MS office.

- Excellent Knowledge of MS office, Visual basic

- Knowledge of SQL will be advantage.

Key Competencies :

- Six Sigma Green Belt

- ISO 9001, 27001 (desirable)

- Should have handled team of QA

- Exposure in Training will be an added advantage
