Job Description:  - To ensure and monitor adherence to Plant quality norms in terms of incoming and outgoing milk.   - To ensure and monitor adherence to company's quality norms in terms of outgoing milk products.  - To ensure and monitor adherence to Plant quality norms of milk and milk products during processing through effective "in-process checks".  - To ensure and monitor the adherence to Plant quality norms during storage and dispatch.  - To monitor and supervise smooth functioning of ETP in order to comply with standards of UPPCB.  - To coordinate in establishing & implanting the Quality Management Systems (ISO,HACCP) at Plant for certification and act as management representative. Conduct internal Audits, Management review meeting and prepare the minutes of meting & circulating to all members.  - Ensuring implementation of decision taken in MRM  - Statutory compliance - Export Inspection Agency, BIS, FSSAI, UPPCB, etc.  - Monitor customer complaints and their redressal  - Monitoring Quality of packaging material and suggest improvements, if any.  - Development of new products as per direction from R&D  - To Plan, prepare and monitor annual revenue and capital budget and budgetary control.
