Manager - Proposal - IT Projects/Services

Skill:

Require experienced people on IT project delivery + presales + proposal development

- The person will be responsible for authoring proposals primarily for ‘Application Outsourcing’ and/or System Integration’ opportunities.

- This would also include providing support for proposal response efforts.

Must Have:

- Should have significant hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services transactions worth more than $10mn in total value

- Should have worked in a multi-cultural environment outside of India in a sales support or sales enablement role

- Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on

- Experience in presales/proposal development function for deals primarily of Application Development and Maintt.

- Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc) "

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal

- Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal

- Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts from industry and technology capability

- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities

- Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills

- Analytical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness, and positive attitude
