Manager - Project Lead - Social Sector Consulting (3-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a member of core team, you- ll work on engagements that will reshape government, and society, and be the torchbearer of a new wave of social impact in India.
Collaborate on large-scale challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex governance problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career beyond.
Candidates work directly with clients - usually on site - and you- ll take ownership of creating sustainable change in the ground
Key Competencies:
- 3-7 years professional experience in a demanding and complex role.
- Demonstrated commitment to the social impact space.
- Proven ability in straddling multiple roles that include timely project delivery, client relationship management, quality assurance, team building and mentor ship, business development, brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
