Job Profile: Manager - Programmatic Sales & Monetization

Job Description:

- Accountable for top SSPs, DSPs, Trading Desks, media agencies, and ad networks.

- Primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs and develop strong customer relationships by understanding client's core objectives, competitive landscape, and industry.

- Analyze and interpret complex sets of data and information and turn them into actionable insights for clients.

- Identify and pitch relevant, incremental marketing opportunities/programs to maximize client success.

- Troubleshoot Private Market Place campaigns with DSP- s, ATD's while providing rapid solutions to ensure campaigns have the opportunity to fully optimize budgets allocated.

- Take care of sales for Private Market Place's including creation, pacing and troubleshooting of deals.

- Work towards monetizing Native, Display, and video ad inventory.

- Create, manage, and upsell pipeline of programmatic buyers across mobile, video, and desktop channels

- Train Direct Sales Teams on programmatic sales and products

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to update go-to-market collateral

- Conduct data driven analysis to upsell existing clients and increase yield across all programmatic channels

- Identify new ad products and create go-to-market sales and marketing strategy for Rising Stars, Automated Guaranteed, Mobile Web + App, Performance Marketing, and Premium Private Marketplace

- Traffic and optimize campaigns to deliver great results for our clients. Manage all aspects of campaign execution including pacing, performance, and profit margin, via internal tools DSPs, and Salesforce. Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal

- Make recommendations for campaign improvement to sales and clients, including providing feedback on creative and placement performance. Resolve customer and operational problems during campaigns, providing general technical support on products

Job Profile: Demand Partner Account Management

Job Description:

- Accountable for the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns

- Handling weekly and bi-weekly call with various clients (DSP's and Ad networks) for strategizing their account spend on different publishers and offering/pitching new opportunities

- Campaign delivery, Revenue Risk management, Discrepancy management

- Deep understanding of Brand control and quality management for inventory buying of DSP's

- Video/Mobile/Display partner's on-boarding, testing and eventual scaling up.

- Execute all aspects of campaign management processes - campaign strategy, tagging recommendations, console set-up, analysis, delivery reports & trends analysis

- Manage all campaigns of ad networks and spend optimizatio

- End to End account handling i.e.: on-boarding, testing, sales, operations.

- Reporting: Audit reporting for DSP's and Ad networks, Global opportunities report, Discrepancy check report, Platform spend report, QBR reports, Bid request and bid responses report(DSP- s), Lost opportunities dashboard

- Managing ad network account setup, data analysis, ad network applications, traffic campaigns and creative- s, generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights for clients

- Financial Report Handling - Reviewing monthly financial statements, Client Invoices and handle billing for clients.

- Closely working with Publisher operations team to ensure the set-ups and billing of DSP and Ad networks are handled in time

- Managing technical issues with integrations and auction landscape

- Working on internal RTB/Programmatic buying tools
