Manager - Program/Delivery - SAP BI (10-15 yrs)

Visual BI is looking for strong Delivery / Program Manager who can be the single owner for deliverables, quality and customer experience across one or multiple engagements. Specifically, you will be expected to accomplish the following:

Customer:

- Govern all customer engagements for SAP BI & Analytics throughout the project right from strategy through implementation

- Minimize risks to engagement by ensuring best practices, methodologies and templates are followed consistently across teams

Competency:

- Be the single owner for sustainable competency development within the organization

- Mentor associates in furthering their skills, learning and growth

- Drive development of competency in emerging BI tools by delivering POCs and demos on a ongoing basis

- Ensure 100% productivity of associates by balancing client-driven and internal deliverables

- Ensure that trainings delivered are continuously fine-tuned to be in line with SAP's roadmap

Recruitment:

- Own and execute headcount growth plans

- Maintain a strong hiring pipeline; Assist hiring team with recruitment and selection

KRAs:

- Delivery Management, Client Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, Utilization, Productivity, Competency Mix, Growth

Expectations:

- Delivery Management experience with at least 8+ years in managing SAP BI / BW / BOBJ development and implementation projects

- Must possess considerable hands-on BW technical skills
