This portfolio has been structured into 3 SBUs - Power Systems, Industrial Systems and Consumer Products.  We are currently looking for Manager - Production (Assembly), reporting to head of production.   Role Objectives:  1. Build Capacity to Meet Annual Budget in Line with Marketing Requirement  2. Review Compliance to Plan and Coordinate Within Shifts  3. Control Forming Out Cost, Review Utilization and Maintain Shop Floor Discipline   Key responsibilities:  1. Achieve Production as per Monthly Plan   2. Calculate Internal and External Capacity   3. Achieve TBR Reduction & NCRDC Based Improvements  4. Ensure Compliance with Sap Requirements  5. Ensure Correctness of Stock-Take  6. Eliminate/Reduce Shortages  7. Review Manpower and Machine Utilization  8. Review Absenteeism  9. Monitor and Control Days Lost Due to Accidents  10. Six Sigma Activity  Position Requirement;   1. BE in Mechanical or Production from recognized university  2. 8-12 years relevant experience in production in an assembly line in a manufacturing set up.  3. Candidate should have hands-on experience in:  a) Manufacturing Process Knowledge   b) Product application   c) SAP Operations   d) Reading drawings  The role will be reporting into the head of production.   Outstation candidate should be willing to relocate to Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.   This is an urgent requirement.
