Job Role Details:  1. To facilitate institutionalization of a culture of Insight led discussion in order to maintain customer centricity  2. Effectively use insights generated through research and develop effective marketing communication basis the same  - Use insights and understanding of the customer to develop accurate and sharp customer communication.  - Analyze in depth the insights generated through various internal and external MR reports and develop accurate & segmented customer communication basis the insights.  To execute marketing activities as per identified brand plan in order to achieve the brand plan objectives  - Implement the brand plan for identified customer/ need segments with the help of all stakeholders within budgeted resources   - Measure activities conducted against identified parameters and incorporate feedback to the subsequent plan basis the same.   To ensure timely and effective implementation of all product marketing plans by working closely with the product development team  - Facilitate development of product propositions so as to translate them into meaningfully differentiated product marketing ideas   - Implementation & development of all product marketing plans (like marketing collaterals, outdoors, print in selected markets etc) with the help of the product development team and the external agency as per the calendar identified  To implement marketing communication plans among all customers to address identified need segments in order to achieve the preferred brand status  - Develop and implement insightful timely product communication addressing identified customer/ need segments  - Maintain competitively benchmarked brand communication support   To support the acquisition efforts of the sales channels through effectively designed sales literature and sales tools  - Obtain firsthand knowledge of usage of sales tools and literature for both self and competitive brands   - Work closely with training and channel development in creating the right sales tools and literature.  - Should Partner Sales teams in all Consumer Initiative.  - Should Partner Customer Service teams in key Customer Strategies and Initiatives.  - In partnership with Consumer Insight team should develop Category/Customer insights in that help Product Team in creative relevant Products.   - Needs to be eloquent with the Life Insurance Category and should stay abreast of all developments - Category and Competition.  To ensure the usage of brand guideline across media in order to achieve consistency of communication  - Train agency partners on brand guidelines  - Imbibe the culture of zero tolerance on defined brand guidelines.
