Manager - Procurement - Oncology Hospital (3-6 yrs)

Candidates with excellent procurement / negotiation skills to join its upcoming Oncology Hospital in Naya Raipur.

- Effectively manage all commercial functions.

- Various aspects of business including conceptualization, engineering, construction, technical, commercial, EPC contracting, export-import, logistics, project management, strategic and business planning

- Global Sourcing and Procurement for faster implementation.

- Vendor Development and Management

- Cost Estimation for tendering and procurement of various projects

- CAPEX preparation and approval of projects

- Liaison with government bodies like RBI, DGFT, CUSTOMS etc

- Strategic planning/scheduling and implementation

- EXIM Policy, Custom procedure & multi- dimensional logistics solutions

- Contract Finalization, Management and Closure

- Store Management and inventory control

- Support to IDT for compliance and maximum utilization of Taxation rules

- Ensuring Quality & Safety with zero tolerance

- Ensuring compliance of all statutory rules and regulations

Critical Attributes :

- Leadership skills and organizing capabilities

- Team Work

- Decision making and Strategic orientation

- Strong business acumen

- Experience in Capital equipment procurement, rate contracts etc. in a multi-specialty hospital.

Education :

- B. Tech from a leading Institute

- Exposure to SAP is preferable

- 3-5 years of experience in hospital procurement

Non Negotiable Attributes :

- Must have passed all examinations in first attempt

- Should not have gaps in Education/ Career

- Must have passed all exams with 60% and above starting Xth Std.
