Position- Manager- Procurement & Demand Planning

Location- Pune

Procurement -

- Processing of Demand for Local and Imported Purchases

- Communicate and Liase with potential Vendor for negotiation and pricing in conjunction with Regional & Global Procurement

- Procurement Process to be followed for all purchases to ensure optimal and least cost purchase and best market prices

- Process PR & PO to Vendors as per plans

- Liaise with the Clearing and forwarding Agencies to ensure smooth customs clearance, punctual delivery, with minimum administrative cost and without incurring demurrage

- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all import transactions

- Continuously optimise Purchase Cost and endeavour to offset inflation thru Cost Reduction Actions

- Ensure Compliance to Policy, Procedures and Regulatory Requirements

Demand Planning-

- Roll up Demand Forecasts working with Frontline Region Sales Managers and Segment Marketing Managers

- Analyse roll up for accuracy, past trends, marketing plan inputs, innovation, new launches, clients etc.

- Work with Sales & Marketing Head to discuss roll up and points that needs to be considered for signed off demand plan

- Work with production Manager on RM PM Inventory Plan and demand forecasts

- Run MRP for Finished Goods, Raw Material, Packing Material
