Manager-Sourcing  The Front-Office would act as external interface on the sourcing side and focus on healthy and intense engagement with vendors to enable trade.  Someone who has handled OLEO / commodities.   - Vendor Development & Management: The incumbent handling Front Office will scan the market for new vendors who have the potential to meet Galaxy's expectations of partner suppliers, build and manage a vendor development pipeline and create a set of partner-suppliers who build to our strength on a long term basis.   - RM planning: The incumbent handling Front Office will work closely with the Business Creation / Commercial / GCD process to understand production plan, inventories, lead times, storage, etc to plan for RM so as to ensure continuous production. They will also work closely with the Vendor Support to ensure that any interface required with vendor is done keeping in mind the essence Sourcing Policy.  - Deepening Contextual Depth: The incumbent handling Front Office is expected to be contextually connected with the specific domain. He / She will strive to continuously be updated on developments and changes in the domain in order to appropriate emerging opportunities or building a defence to emerging threats. The incumbent will also work to ensure that trades are in line with the market and at least no-worse than the competition. They will also identify relevant trainings for self and juniors, which can enhance domain learning and build long term competitiveness.   - Short term positioning: Though as a policy the incumbent handling Front Office will not take positions unless authorised by competent authority, he can plan to participate in short term quarterly opportunities to build efficiency in sourcing.  - Systems Compliance on position taking and Risk: The incumbent handling Front Office will comply with position and risk management system developed by sourcing commercial and RMU.   - Brand Building: The incumbent handling Front Office will strive to get Vendor to connect to Brand the Business through an understanding of company's working through the Sourcing Policy and value system.
